We’re less than 10 min drive to Mercedes Benz, World Congress Center, Americas Mart, State Farm Arena & Georgia Aquarium and 15 min to the airport. Our max capacity is 20 people.

Guest Requirements
We are opening our home to you and in return ask that you respect our home, neighbors and community. We welcome guests that are:
- Primary booking guest aged 25 and over (families/children welcome!)
- Not local
- No gatherings/ events or additional guests allowed on premises
- Rental agreement, ID and refundable security deposit scheduling ($500) required within 48h of booking
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payments
1st payment is 50% of the total, due upon booking.
2nd payment is the remaining 50%, due 30 days prior to arrival. It will be charged to the card used for the initial booking, unless guest specifies another preferred card.
Every booking requires a fully refundable security deposit of $500. This amount is not included in the booking total as it is refundable. The security deposit is a standard hold placed on the card 2 days prior to arrival and is released 2 days after the successful stay.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your stay, we will provide a refund as follows:
If 30 days or more prior to date of check-in, 97% of the 1st payment will be refunded. 3% is withheld to cover the credit card processing fees, which are not able to be recovered. If the cancellation within 29 days of check-in, there are no refunds.
For extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
Respect the Neighbors
As you know, our place isn’t a hotel in a commercial area – it’s a home in a residential neighborhood with close neighbors. So, we have some basic courtesy rules to help respect the neighbors.
- Outdoor quiet hours start at 10 PM and the property’s outdoor spaces close.
- No additional guests allowed on premises, at any time.
- Park in the driveway. Do not park in or block neighbor driveways.
Please be advised that if your intent is to party, this isn’t the right fit – you’ll be removed from the premises.

Location
The West End Historic District is full of culture, charm and character. Established in the 1800s, West End architectural styles include Craftsman Bungalow, Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, and American Foursquare. Situated on a private cul de sac in a residential area, the home is a stylish and welcome sanctuary in the middle of Atlanta. The Hammonds House Museum ( African Art museum) and the Wren’s Nest (historic home-turned-cultural center) are a 5 minute walk. There’s a nearby commercial center and various shops and restaurants. The West End is a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood, you’ll find numerous homes restored to their previous glory next to new construction, as well as homes still in need of renovation.

Driving
There’s off-street parking for 2 cars behind the house, and free street parking for any additional vehicles on the quiet cul-de-sac/dead-end street.
Public Transit
Both downtown Atlanta and the airport are a quick drive or a no-transfer ride on MARTA.
It’s a 15 minute walk to the West End MARTA train station from the house.
